The Morris Farm Trust, a 501c3 non-profit, was founded on the belief that mid-coast farms must be preserved for future generations as a vital part of the landscape and social fabric of New England; and as sources of food, jobs and education. The Morris Farm is open to the community; they welcome people to freely roam the pastures, gardens and forest nature trails. The farm conducts numerous educational programs, including school fishing trips, summer day camp, winter and spring vacation camps, an adult workshop and lecture series, and home school and after school programs for local children.
